We defend governmental entities, school districts, mayors, boards, state’s attorneys, public works departments, police departments, corporations, companies, officials, and individuals from claims related to employment decisions.  We handle cases that involve allegations related to the First Amendment, retaliation, defamation, discrimination, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, disability/ADA, FMLA, and employment contracts and/or handbooks.

We represent governmental entities, school districts, public works departments, police departments, corporations, and individuals related to claims arising out of personal injury, wrongful death, road cases, fall downs/premises, breach of contract, and negligence claims.  The allegations may stem from acts or decisions by the public works department including storm sewer management or snow removal, police or fire departments, services, city operations, employment decisions, departments which deal with FEMA, and land use/zoning decisions.

We have the one and only successful defense at trial related to allegations of the violation of this Act.  We have successfully defended by way of motion, Daubert challenges of experts, or otherwise these claims throughout the  Untied States.

While we are assigned to represent insureds from the beginning of the case until the very end, clients also retain us to handle appeals in the appellate court and to assist other trial attorneys at the trial court level in order to make sure that appellate issues are preserved.  With our collection of experienced litigators and writers, we often are able to assist clients even after the case appears to be seemingly over.
