Daniel J. Wartan

Daniel Wartan is an associate in the Rosemont, Illinois office of Knight, Hoppe, Kurnik, and Knight, Ltd. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University and received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he additionally obtained a Certificate in Business Law. He was on the Deans Honor List and received the CALI Award for the highest grade in Constitutional Law.
His practice includes defending municipalities and business in a wide variety of cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked as an associate attorney at a DuPage County general practice law firm. There, he worked on real estate transactions, estate planning, contract drafting, and business litigation.
Mr. Wartan was admitted to the Illinois Bar in October of 2021.
